Production of Products and Services

AK Property Improvements Ltd. will review and evaluate the potential improvements using set criteria. Once all of the logistics have been confirmed, the design process will begin, a budget will be created, and a project schedule will be introduced.

The primary focus of how to enhance each project will be determined by evaluating the whole property, and establish the areas which require the greatest attention first. A general clean up of the focus areas will be the first step, followed by detailed measurements to create plans to scale. The improvements will be added electronically and they will be reviewed and approved by the design team.

Applications for permits will be issued and contract negotiations will commence when required. The computer generated designs will be used to create shop drawings and material take offs, to determine construction methods and raw material costs associated with the improvements. The corporation and the necessary sub-contractors, will do all of the required improvements primarily on site or at the AK Property Improvements Ltd. workshop.

All work will be performed in a safe manner and in a well ventilated working environment. All tools and processes will be subject to inspection prior to their use to ensure proper techniques and safe operation. Monitoring quality, time and costs will be done by the corporation on a daily basis. This continuous evaluation will determine how the project is commencing and what changes need to be addressed. This project management policy created by the corporation will assist in monitoring the day-to-day operations to stay within the necessary business parameters.

The corporation plans to work on simultaneous projects to maximize the raw material and work force, to increase efficiencies. We will continue to expand our local search area to find properties of interest, as well as searching the international community for investment properties.

AK Property Improvements Ltd. has developed a consulting division, which will assist homeowners on do-it-yourself projects. These consultants will be available to the homeowners in specific capacity. The homeowner can determine the capacity of assistance they require to achieve their goals, and request only what is needed. These services can range anywhere from creating designs, permit applications and drawings all the way down to actual hands on assistance and general contracting.
